Jan. 12 – 9 a.m.	Elections Support Center - Mount Dora Public L&A Test for Early, Absentee and Election Day Voting
Jan. 17 – 8 a.m.	Commission Chambers - Tavares Canvass Absentee Ballots in Question. Request authorization to open and process ballots.
Jan. 25 – 9 a.m.	Commission Chambers - Tavares Canvass Absentee Ballots in Question received since last meeting. Canvass any ballots out-stacked by scanners during processing.
Jan. 27 – 2 p.m.	Commission Chambers - Tavares Canvass additional ballots – same process as previous meeting.
Jan. 30 – 9 a.m.	Commission Chambers - Tavares Canvass additional ballots – same process as previous meeting
Jan. 31 – 4 p.m.	Commission Chambers (Election Day meeting) - Tavares Canvass additional ballots – same process as previous meeting. Remain in session to await Precinct results.
Feb. 2 – 5 p.m.	Supervisor of Elections Office - Tavares Review & sign: Certification – unofficial; Certificate of Reconciliation; Conduct of Elections report Canvass Provisional Ballots after 5:00 PM deadline Sign Prov. Ballot Release Form (w hich to count) to Network Administrator for tabulation. Draw races and precincts for post-election audit
Feb. 10 – 11 a.m.	Supervisor of Elections Office - Tavares Canvass overseas ballots after 10 day allowance Sign certification of Official Election results
Feb. 13 – 9 a.m.	Elections Support Center - Mount Dora Commence Post - Election Audit Adjournment for 1/31/2012
